In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 and based on EU Directive 2013/11, we are obliged as an online provider to refer our customers to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (OS).

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
